After years of using (and loving) Carbquik, I’ve finally found a perfect biscuit recipe. This makes two large biscuits (I use them for bacon/egg/cheese biscuits). 2/3 cup CQ, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 egg white and just enough water to make a thick dough. I bake then in ramekins sprayed with baking spray. 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. They hold together nicely and have really good flavor.
