No further Interest payaable on bonds called for redemption shall accrue after the date fixed for redemption, whether presented for redemption or not, provided the County has money available for such redemption with the paying agent. The County of Wayne has irrevocably pledged to the payment of the bonds additional rentals to be paid by North Central Airlines, oursuant to the terms of said lease, which payments are based on the amount required to pay the principal of and Interest on the as they become due. As additional security for the payment of the bonds, the County Wayne by action of its Board of Supervisors, as authorized by law, has covenanted and agreed that In the event the funds pledged for the payment of the bonds are tor any reason not sufficient for the payment of principal and interest thereon as the same shall be come due, the County, by its County Treasurer, shall advance sufficient moneys out of its general funds for the payment of such principal and interest. For the purpose of awarding the bonds the interest cost of each bid will be computed by determining, at the rate or rates specified therein, the total dollar value of all interest on the bonds from June 1, 1965 to their maturity and deducting therefrom any premlum. The bonds will be awarded to the bidder whose bid on the above computation produces the lowest Interest cost to the County of Wayne on all the bonds herein offered. No proposal for the purchase of less than all of the bonds or at a price less than their par value will be considered.

A certified or cashler's check In the amount of $34,500.00, drawn upon an incorporated bank or trust company and payable to the order of the County Treasurer, County of Wayne, Michigan, must accompany each bid as a quaranty of good faith on the part of bidder, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if such bid is accepted and the bidder fails to take Up and pay for the bonds. No interest will be allowed on the good faith checks and checks of the unsuccessful bidders will be promptly returned to each bidder's representative or by registered mail if no bidder's representative is present. Bids shall be conditioned upon the unqualified opinion of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, atforneys of Detroit, Michigan, approving the legality of the bonds, the text of which will be printed on the reverse side of each bond, the cost of said opinion to be paid by the County. The cost of printing the bonds will be paid by the County. Executed bonds will be delivered at New York, New York, Chicago, Illinois, or such other place as may be agreed upon with the purchaser, The bonds will be accompanied by the usual closing documents, including a certificate that no litigation is pending affecting the issuance of the bonds.
