The 12 Toppings

Now onto the best part – decorating!

Lemon Lavender

You need:

  • 1 vanilla donut
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 drop water (seriously… just a drop. If you need more, add as you go. Too much will make it soupy!)
  • 1 drop lemon extract (to taste… it is strong!)
  • 1 drop lavender syrup (I use Monin)
  • Yellow sugar crystals
  • Purple sprinkles

Add first four ingredients and mix. If your mix is too soupy, just add more sugar (this goes for all topping recipes). Decorate however you would like, but I chose yellow & purple, of course.

Blueberry Lavender

You need:

  • 1 vanilla donut
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 drop water
  • 1 drop lavender syrup (I useMonin)
  • 1 tbs frozen blueberries, thawed

Thaw the blueberries in your microwave. This will make them tender, and give us that gorgeous purple color. Add to your icing mix and let sit before glazing donut.

Strawberry & Sprinkles

You need:

  • 1 vanilla donut
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 drop water
  • 2 frozen strawberries, thawed
