Amazing! I went as soon as they opened and there was no wait. Tina did my full set. She’s very detailed and even gave tips for healthy nails. It was quick and easy and wasn’t too expensive. Seems like a family oriented shop. Will be back!

The customer service was bad. The nail techs were picking and choosing favorites and ignoring everyone else. The overall quality is alright. Not the best. Pretty expensive compared to other salons that are better quality and service.

This is the best nail salon I’ve found in Peoria. The pedicures are always wonderful and relaxing and they have an excellent selection of colors. My manicure always looks great and always lasts AT LEAST 4 weeks, which is a great value. The staff also know how to do specialty manicures like ombré, designs, etc. I leave here feeling relaxed and happy every time.

I have been going to Amazing Nails for 4 years in July. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by name and everyone is always friendly. I made an appointment for 3:30. 40min into the appointment, the woman doing my nails, who I believe is the owner, took a walk in who was one of her regulars. She hands me a white claw and has me sit and wait to get my nails done. I didn’t leave there until 6pm. Insane. Do not come here.Manicure

This used to be my favorite place to go for a manicure but after What happened today I will never be coming back I’m very disappointed. I got there at 6:00pm the sign at the door says they’re open their hours say they close at 7 but the lady inside told me she could not do my nails because it was too late ? Uhm ok I’m confused ? That’s rude and unprofessional I will never go back.

Would never recommend! I just walked out of Amazing Nails & Spa. The woman who answers the phones typically (who after I asked no less than six times) said her name was Lee, has done something similar to this three out of the four times I have come in to get my nails done. I called yesterday to schedule my appt and was VERY detailed because I know this woman wants specifics. When I arrived at my Appt today, this same woman instantly began arguing with me with what I said on the phone and I assured her I had mentioned exactly what I need. I brush it off, and then she comes back to tell me I also didn’t say several other specifics on the phone and they need to have someone special come in and do my nails. (And this is LITERALLY an acrylic set removal and replacement with a design. I was even willing to change what I originally said if they couldn’t do it. I wasn’t asking for something that is not standard at any salon.) Which I reply that I am happy to do a simple color if it’s an inconvenience, but I again mentioned I said what I needed on the phone. Because I truly did, no question about it. Ten minutes later, I am still being told I am wrong and I didn’t say what I did on the phone. I was belittled and berated in front of several customers, as well as mocked for saying she has done this to me before.
